Oliver Gildart will miss Hull Kingston Rover’s big game against Warrington Wolves tonight and the challenge cup semi final agaisnt Wigan Warriors as he’s been ruled out with a knee injury.
The former Wigan player limped out of the warm-up before their clash against ST Helens on Saturday and is now expected to be out for up to six weeks.
Gildart’s injury led to Jack Broadbent being called into the team, 5 minutes before the start of the game against ST Helens, and the 23 year old loanee did mark his debut with a try.
The Robins have had a fantastic start to the season, sitting joint-top with five other clubs including Warrington, after that win over world champions Wigan Warriors and the 40-20 thrashing over St Helens last weekend.
