England and Manchester City star Jack Grealish has been fined £666 for speeding at Worcester Magistrates Court.
The 28-year-old was caught doing 44mph in a 30mph zone North Worcestershire in July last year.
Grealish, who pleaded guilty through his barrister, was not present in court and was handed five penalty points.
He was also ordered to pay £110 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £266, resulting in a total fine of £1,042.
His barrister, John Dye, spoke on behalf of his client: “Mr Grealish means no discourtesy by not attending.
“I am instructed to enter a guilty plea on his behalf in relation to speeding.”
“I am asked to apologise on his behalf. It was a mistake.”
This isn’t the first time that Grealish has been involved with the law due to his driving.
Grealish pleaded guilty to two driving offences on 24 November. The first of which happened during the UK national lockdown. He crashed his car a day after posting a video on social media asking for people to stay at home to protect the NHS.
In the second incident, he was spotted driving at speeds exceeding 90mph along the M42.
